Accommodation

For students at TILS, there are a number of options in Student accommodation. Student can choose from Student dormitory, Home stay or Apartment / Guest house.

Student dormitory

There are different dormitory which take 5 – 30 minutes to the school. The location is convenient to available shops. The room type is 1 – 3 person room with monthly rent of 30,000 – 75,000 yen. Each dormitory has various rates for fees and rent. Also has different Facility, Please follow by the dormitory information.

We offer home stay as your accommodation so that student can improve there Japanese language and understand more about culture. Over 300 host families are registered for us. 30 minutes – 1 hour to the school Single room with 1 meal or 2 meals. For 1 month with 1 meal 110,250 Yen~ and 1 month with 2 meal 126,000 Yen~

Apartment / Guest house

The monthly rent for a typical one room apartment and condominium in Tokyo ranges from 80,000 to 160,000 yen. Landlords usually require guarantor except for some apartments that have month-to-month lease.

Guest house: There are some within walking distance to the school, shops and recreational facilities. Kitchen, Bath room are Community facilities. Full furnished Single room.       For 1 month 50,000 Yen~ (Contact could be less than 1 month.)
